3 things we noticed

  1. 1.

    The Chronicler pipeline shipped end-to-end. Mine, pitch, draft, review, publish are all wired. First posts go live next week.

  2. 2.

    Our first course-correction regex caught zero corrections across 416 user messages. Lexical heuristics do not survive real human feedback patterns.

  3. 3.

    Passionfruit runs three parallel content engines from three different POVs. Solo studios cannot copy the multi-POV part, but the 3-2-1 format and the documentary-arc structure travel.

2 things we learned

  1. 1.

    Voice rules need to split by artifact type. One profile across build logs, essays, marketing, and updates flattens the brand to its centre.

  2. 2.

    Backfill belongs in the drip, not in a burst. Past arcs have tighter narrative than ongoing work, and they earn the catalogue depth that first-time visitors notice.
