Now

What we're working on this week.

The heartbeat in the 3-2-1 format: three things we noticed, two things we learned, one thing coming, updated at the Monday tick, most weeks. If you want the long form, read the build logs and essays. For the monthly summary, see the writing feed.

3 things we noticed

  1. 1.

Collimer shipped its full redesign (new brand, new site), and its writing pipeline now drafts, scores, and verifies content against what AI engines actually say.

  2. 2.

We priced the entire AI-visibility market this month: three clear bands, and a dead zone where the "do the work for you" offering should be. Nobody sub-$5k does the whole loop.

  3. 3.

Our own homepage still said "product studio" three weeks after we decided, in writing, that we're consulting-first. Sites drift from strategy unless something checks them.

2 things we learned

  1. 1.

Vendors that hide their pricing get defined by their competitors' review pages. The answer box goes to whoever publishes plainly.

  2. 2.

The best-structured pricing page we found in our category came from one of the smallest vendors. The category leader ships no structured data at all. Rigor is cheap; nobody bothers.

1 thing coming

  1. The reframed sandcastlelabs.ai goes live: agency-first, leadership-led, with the AI GTM Sprint as the flagship. You may be reading it already.

About this page

This is a /now page in the indie-web tradition , using the 3-2-1 format borrowed from operators we respect. Edited by hand at the studio's Monday tick, the one standing meeting we have.
