Keep Collimer, our engine, and run it yourself with everything we built in place: the reads, the pages and the fixes.
Either way you can cancel anytime and keep everything we built. The founding rate applies to the sprint only.

How much does the Sandcastle Labs AEO sprint cost?
The 90-day sprint is $6,500 at the founding rate for agreements signed by December 31, 2026, and $10,000 from January 1, 2027. The price is set by the date you sign: sign by December 31 and you keep the founding rate even if the sprint starts in 2027. The founding rate applies to the sprint only, not the retainer. The price is the same whatever the size of your company, and we do not bill hourly.
What do I get for the sprint price?
A dated read of what five assistants say about you today; your manifesto, stating who you are, whom you serve and how you want to be found; a content strategy built on those reads; the technical fixes; and the pages assistants read, written and shipped with your team. At day 90 we read the same five assistants again and put the two reads side by side.
What does the retainer cost?
We set the retainer at day 90 from what the second read shows and how much work is left: lighter when the pages mainly need keeping current, more when we take on deeper work like a new product line or a new market. You see the number before you decide. If you would rather run it yourself, you can keep Collimer, our engine, for $500 a month. Either way you can cancel anytime and keep everything we built.
Is AEO a one-time project?
The technical fixes are. The content is not, which is why the sprint is 90 days and the work can continue after it, either with us on the retainer or with you running Collimer yourself.
Can't I just prompt ChatGPT myself?
You can write one good page that way. You cannot rewrite what five assistants say about your company one prompt at a time, every morning, and keep it true. That is the job.
