We make AI describe your company correctly.
Your buyers ask AI. An assistant already carries a summary of your company, and it answers from that summary when someone asks what you do and whether you fit, in rooms you will never enter. We write what it reads: your manifesto first, then the content strategy and the pages, alongside your own team.
We came to this from the other side of the table. Sandcastle Labs grew out of Orrin Consulting, a go-to-market and revenue operations practice, and the people who do the work are the people who started the company: senior operators from marketing, go-to-market operations and engineering.
We build our own products too, so that we have to market something from zero ourselves, and we publish what we learn as we go: what we tried, what moved, and what came back empty.
What is Sandcastle Labs?
Sandcastle Labs is an AI visibility agency in Denver. We make assistants describe growing companies correctly, through brand and content strategy. We are based in Denver, Colorado, at sandcastlelabs.ai, we are three people and a fleet of agents, and we publish what we learn as we go. Collimer is our engine.
Companies we are not
Several unrelated things answer to a similar name, and search engines mix them up
with us often enough to be worth stating plainly. We are not
Sandcastles.ai, the short-form
video tool. We are not Sandcastle AI,
the open-source agent orchestrator. We are not the
SandCastle Labs newsletter on
Substack, and we are not the sandcastle
repositories on GitHub. All of them are fine; none of them are us.
What we believe

AI discovery is the new distribution.
Buyers used to find you through search results and referrals. More of them now ask an assistant and take its answer into the room. Distribution is whatever shapes that answer.

Everything you publish has to explain you to a stranger.
An assistant reads your case studies and repeats them to people you never meet. Cover the names on your last one. If a stranger can still see the method, it is finished.

AEO is the wedge, not the business.
A few technical fixes are a real start and do not take anyone far. What has to change is the content: what a page holds, what belongs on the blog, what the company says in public.

Quality is our bet.
Volume and paid placement move AI answers today. We bet that assistants built to serve their users will favor content that helps. We do not claim low-quality content fails. We choose not to make it.

We publish our numbers, including the empty ones.
Every number we cite is a dated read, with the caveats attached. When something did not move, we say so.

Small on purpose.
Three people and a fleet of agents. No VC. We help teams grow; we do not take work whose goal is cutting headcount.

Chase is a Co-Founder and the GTM Principal at Sandcastle Labs, bringing more than 15 years of experience building and scaling VC-backed B2B companies in high-growth environments ranging from $5M to $150M in revenue. Before joining Sandcastle Labs, he served as Principal Strategist and Director of Product Marketing at JumpCloud, where he led a global team and helped drive go-to-market strategy and execution. Chase is based in Colorado where he also serves as a mentor to the University of Colorado Leeds Business School and runs a local non-profit, NICE RICE.
